Our story
Cause to Smile was created to start initiatives that better the lives of those around us and make an impact on our communities at large. We do this through rallying dentists, teams, industry, patients, friends, and family together around a shared purpose of “giving back”. Our mission is simple, to do good beyond the walls of our clinics and leave a positive impact on our larger communities.
Our vision is to unite communities across North America, creating Cause to Smile chapters in everywhere the dental community wants to contribute. We'll keep our focus at the grass roots level ensuring that local efforts always go to local causes.

Dr. Amreesh Khanna
Dr. Khanna founded Cause to Smile in 2020 while running 2 successful Calgary based dental practices, an emerging tech start-up and a personal consulting business.
Dr. Prabhdeep Chahal
Dr. Chahal is a pediatric Dentist and founder of The Smile Team Pediatric Dentistry and Managing Director of the Calgary Plastic Surgery Centre
Pauline Iheme
Pauline has a background in Finance and an MBA in Management and is enthusiastic about Organizational Change Management and business transformation.. She is currently using her talents in the social services industry working for YWCA
Dan Bergeron
Dan is the Managing Partner at Everbrave Branding Group helping organizations fearlessly scale and grow.
Kelly Lanan
Kelly is the founder of Alberta Dancesport, Alberta Dancesport Foundation and the Calgary International Salsa Congress.
Dr. Monty Gaur
Dr. Monty Gaur is the managing partner at Nose Creek Dental Centre in Airdrie Alberta. He also serves as a team dentist for the Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League.
